David has been in construction and facilities management since 1990. A respected leader in the field, he has worked as Designer, General Contractor, and Owners Representative. Educated and trained in architecture (Kennesaw State University) and a licensed General Contractor in multiple states, he is a creative builder; of teams and projects. Married for more than three decades to wife Lori, and father of three boys, Parker, Preston and Davis, David likes to spend his free time volunteering, fishing, and sailing.

Thomas Maginnis grew up in North Georgia and graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Architecture. He and his wife Michelle have been married for thirty years and are currently living in the upstate of South Carolina. They enjoy traveling and spending time with their adult children and families.
